RETURN POLICY & PROCESS

• As our customers you have the right to return the product bought online within a time frame not exceeding 5 working days from the date of receipt of payment
• As our customers you have the right to receive a refund against returned items.
• Returned products must be “as new” & in original condition and in the original packing, and with warranty cards, manuals, accessories & complete set.
• Any item returned should be in sellable condition and not used. If found used by authorized personnel of Ashraf & Co then the same would not be accepted to be returned.
• When a promotional item is returned (in case of the promotion duration is passed), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Free items that were given with purchased items must also be returned, and if those free of charge items were not “as new”, there might be an additional charge
• Some customers will be warned that subsequent returns will not be eligible for returns or exchange, Ashraf & Co reserves the right to deny any return or exchange

RETURN PROCESS

• Pack your return in the original shipping package
• Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories
• The original invoice/original receipt should be available
• Visit head office at Ardiya.
• Indicate the reason for the return and get a report

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Consumable items just like batteries, medical sealed items.
• Microphones, chargers, and similar products.
• Items that are damaged & abused.
• Items that are missing accessories such as the battery, remote controls, cords & cables
• Opened electronic and medical products

WARRANTIES

Warranty is only eligible for items that specify a warranty provider and a warranty time frame on the item’s product page at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions are applied for any faults caused through misuse, physical damage, water damage, and related that are not genuine and not approved by the manufacturer

DELIVERY

• Free delivery for all orders above 10 K.D
• 2 KD delivery charge for orders below 10 KD
• Delivery Timing: Sunday – Thursday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Dear customer we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please note weekend orders, placed on Thursday after 1:00 PM will be processed on the following Sunday.
